Addressing Racial Microaggressions, LLC. (ARM) is a specialized consulting agency focused on advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts within organizations, education systems, and communities. We engage with people at all levels–from company leaders to interns, and external partners–to assess current workplace challenges, create collaborative toolkits, and implement long-term equity, diversity and inclusion plans, which ensure personal prosperity and business success. Wherever your organization may be in terms of its cultural competency work or its diversity and inclusion efforts, we welcome the opportunity to facilitate a deeper level of understanding and growth with your team.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consulting Services include:

Gwendolyn Miller is a leader in, and passionate advocate for, DEI work in academic institutions, organizations, and businesses. Through her years of hands-on experience, she has developed an innovative and interactive program that has an immediate and sustained impact on its participants. Many of her clients, upon completion of the initial program, have chosen to continue and expand her services. Mrs. Miller continues to enhance and refine her programs to reflect the current changing climate for DEI initiatives. Upon completion of her program, employees, managers, and leaders are equipped with the tools necessary to build the foundation for an inclusive workplace culture.
