Addressing Racial Microaggressions, LLC. (ARM) provides effective expert witness services on issues related to racial microaggressions, unconscious bias, diversity, equity, and inclusion for companies, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions. Our expertise is based on decades of training, education, and practical experience. As an expert witness, Gwendolyn Miller, founder of ARM, has a reputation for her thorough preparation, subject matter expertise, and effectiveness. Mrs. Miller is also a member of the renowned expert witness training company, SEAK, Inc. and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

ARM provides consultation from case inception to resolution, including expert reports, deposition, and court testimony. This includes but is not limited to:
